Follow these steps to delete your account from the Rigomo mobile app:
Open the Rigomo mobile app on your device and log in to your account.
Click on Accounts from the bottom navigation to view your account settings.
Scroll down to find the Delete Your Account option and tap on it. A confirmation message will appear, explaining the consequences of deleting your account.
Warning: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including profile information, posts, and messages. This action cannot be undone.
Note: For legal and regulatory reasons, some transaction records may need to be retained for up to 6 years, even after your account is deleted.
If you're sure you want to proceed, confirm your choice. If you have any data you wish to save, ensure to download it before deletion.
