Rigomo Shipping Policy

1. Introduction
Rigomo offers only digital, on-demand courses (pre-recorded and live sessions). No physical materials (printed books, DVDs, etc.) are shipped. This “Shipping Policy” clarifies how course access is delivered, since Razorpay requires a shipping policy for PG account activation—even though all products are digital and delivered instantly upon purchase.
2. Digital Delivery Overview
Instant Access: As soon as your payment is successfully processed via Razorpay, Rigomo grants immediate access to the purchased course(s) on both our website and mobile app (iOS/Android).
Delivery Method: No couriers, postal services, or physical shipments are involved. “Shipping” consists solely of provisioning a digital account and granting course-access permissions.
Confirmation & Access Credentials: Within a few minutes of payment confirmation:
You receive an automated email (to the address you provided) confirming your order, listing the course title(s), and providing a direct link to the Rigomo platform.
If you are a new Rigomo user, your login credentials (temporary password or “magic link”) are included in that email. Existing users see the purchased course(s) appear under their “My Courses” dashboard immediately.
3. Processing Timeline
Payment Authorization: Payment must clear via Razorpay (usually instantaneous for most UPI, credit/debit, and net-banking transactions; 1–2 minutes for some wallets or OTP-based payments).
Account Provisioning: Once Razorpay confirms payment:
Rigomo’s system auto-activates access within 2–3 minutes.
You will see the newly purchased course under Dashboard → My Courses on both web (https://rigomo.com) and mobile app.
4. System Requirements & Access Details
Supported Devices: Desktop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari), Android devices (Android 8.0+), and iOS devices (iOS 13+).
Recommended Bandwidth: For seamless video streaming, a stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps is recommended.
Account Verification: If you have not verified your email address, Rigomo may prompt you to confirm your email before granting full access. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a verification link.
Access Problems:
If, 10 minutes after payment confirmation, you do not see access to the course(s), please:
Log out and log back in.
Clear your browser cache or app data.
If the issue persists, email support@rigomo.com with your Order ID, Course Name, and a brief description. We respond within 1–2 business hours.
5. Pricing & “Shipping” Charges
Because all courses are delivered digitally, rigomo does not charge any shipping fee. The amount you pay at checkout covers the course fee and any applicable taxes (GST, etc.), but no additional “delivery” or “handling” charges apply.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Instant-Access Exception: Once you access any part of a pre-recorded course (e.g., you watch Lesson 1), Rigomo considers the course “consumed,” and it is non-refundable.
Live-Course Cancellation: If you cancel a live course registration at least 48 hours before the start time, you may request a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the live session’s scheduled start are not eligible for a refund, but you will receive recorded session access afterward.
How to Request a Refund:
Email support@rigomo.com with your Order ID, Course Name, and reason for cancellation.
Rigomo processes approved refunds within 5–7 business days. Razorpay may take an additional 1–3 days to credit the amount back to your payment method.
7. Failed Payments or Chargebacks
If a payment fails or is reversed via your bank or payment method after you’ve already gained access:
Rigomo reserves the right to immediately suspend your course access.
You will receive an email notification explaining the suspension and instructions to contact Razorpay or your bank to resolve any payment disputes.
Once the payment issue is resolved (i.e., the funds reach Rigomo’s Razorpay account), access is automatically reinstated.
8. Change of Email or Account Details
Email Updates:
If you need to change the email address tied to your Rigomo account before ordering, update it by going to Profile → Edit Profile.
If you already placed an order but entered an incorrect email, contact support@rigomo.com immediately (within 1 hour of purchase). We can resend confirmation to the corrected address.
No Physical Address Needed: Since there is no physical shipment, Rigomo does not collect or require your mailing address.

10. Policy Updates
Rigomo may revise its Shipping Policy at any time to comply with Razorpay requirements or to improve user experience. Any changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Rigomo’s services after edits constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
